LLUMC OR Rotation
Stacks Image 799

This rotation takes place in the main Operating Room at the Medical Center and will occur during the CA-1 and CA-2 years. Residents will gain experience with the breadth of general anesthesiology cases, including gynecology, ENT, vascular surgery, orthopedic surgery, neurosurgery, transplant surgery, dental surgery, urology, and other types of cases. As a tertiary care center, many cases can be quite challenging, and will help the resident learn to provide anesthesia to patients with multiple disease processes.

This rotation is directed by
John Lenart, MD.
